Brass billets produced by horizontal continuous casting for industrial applications. Available in standard and custom alloy compositions, our billets are supplied cut to your required lengths.

Product and Alloy Information
Our in-house Horizontal Continuous Casting Systemproduces brass billets with a homogeneous microstructure, ready for further processing. It is recognised as one of the most precise casting methods in the industry.
Our brass billets conform to two main European alloy standards. Their equivalent designations in other international standards are listed below: CDA385, CDA380, JIS3771, C38000, C38500, CuZn40Pb2 and CuZn39Pb3.
Our brass billets can be supplied cut to customer-specified lengths.

Technical and Production Advantages
Production Purpose
Brass billets are produced as semi-finished products for machining, hot forming and extrusion. Continuous casting is designed to provide material with a homogeneous microstructure, ready for further processing.
Production Flexibility
In addition to standard alloys, we can produce custom alloys to customer specifications. Billets are supplied cut to the requested lengths to suit each customer’s production line.
Size and Quality Control
Alloy composition and billet dimensions are monitored throughout production to ensure compliance with order specifications. Our horizontal continuous casting system supports consistent, repeatable casting quality.
Standards
Equivalent alloy designations in international standards: CDA385, CDA380, JIS3771, C38000, C38500, CuZn40Pb2 and CuZn39Pb3.
Useage areas
Brass billets are used as raw material across a wide range of industries, where they are machined or formed into finished products.
- Water meters
- Mixer Taps and Tap Fittings
